Database Clean-Up:   Merge/Purge/Update & Correction

Are you dealing with multiple databases of customers, prospective customers, or former but "not current" customers? Do you need to get a grip on the information that you already have, but have no idea how current or correct it is? Are you doing mailings from databases created by people in your company who are no longer there?

We can either do the project for you, or show you how to do it using our fax numbers or another source. There is a protocol to effective fax broadcasting and we feel we have honed it to an art/science level. It all begins with a professionally designed one-piece fax that’s been filtered for the highest resolution possible. The marketing message must be crisp and concise with minimal but pleasing graphics. And it must be sent only to specifically targeted businesses that can clearly benefit from your product or service. The fax numbers must be current to be effective.
